Squash Level 1

This course is open to everyone- students, staff and members of the public. It is a two day course focusing on learning 'How to Coach' and 'What to Coach'.

The course will enable you deliver squash to beginners of all ages as well as explain safe, positive and adaptable sessions. It will also show you how to evaluate players and coaching practice.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should be 18 years or above to attend the course.
  • Candidates should attend a Sports Coach UK Safeguarding & Protecting Children Workshop prior to this course.
