The Team is an open club that represents the University on weekends, and play in North One East after three successive promotions since entering the league in 2007.

Women's Championship North 1
Team Northumbria Women are also an open club, running two teams, with our firsts playing in RFUW Championship North 1.

| Greatest Achievement | Unsure, I have done a few things I'm proud of. i.e. climbing Mount Egmont/ Taranaki (8,261 ft) for the first time, first start for Taranaki also 100 games in succession for my home club’s (Eltham/Karponga) senior team. |
| Sporting Hero | There are lots of great rugby players I’ve looked up to and who have amazed me, like most of the number 7’s who have played for the All Blacks also backs like Jeff Wilson but too many to single out. I think great sportsmen who have always inspired me are Steve Gurney, Peter Snell and Edmund Hillary. |
| Greatest Sporting Memory | There are many, first to come to mind is my debut for Taranaki against Wellington also Taranaki club final that went in to over time, it was one of the most intense games I’ve been in. |
