Salary Sacrifice Information Guide
The application form must be completed in full and returned in person to Sport Central or Coach Lane reception.
Please note that salary sacrifice members cannot downgrade their membership.
If you do not wish to join the Salary Sacrifice Scheme and would prefer to pay by Direct Debit, visit the Online Booking System enter your Staff Computer Username and PIN and you will be able to use our Online Booking System. The system will recognise you as a member of staff and present Membership Options at staff rates.
Please note however, that you will not benefit from Salary Sacrifice advantages if you choose to subscribe in this way.
